How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the selected destination country. You can find an overview of shipping costs by country in our Shipping Costs Table.
Can you ship internationally?
You can find our current list of countries we ship to on our Shipping Costs Table . We are currently unable to ship to other countries.
When will my order be shipped?
Items are typically shipped within 2–3 business days after we confirm receipt of payment or receive a guaranteed payment confirmation from a third-party provider (PayPal). If you choose to pay in advance, please note that the time required for the bank transfer will be added to the shipping time.
When will my item be delivered?
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. Any exceptions to this delivery timeframe can be found in the respective product description.
Which carrier will ship my order?
Depending on the nature of the goods and the size of the shipment, we always ship the goods via the safest and fastest method available. Shipping is handled by DHL or DPD.
Is there a minimum or maximum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount in our shop. We offer free shipping within Germany on orders of €35 or more, regardless of whether you’re ordering one or more items. There is no maximum order amount.
Can I return my items?
Yes, you may return the delivered goods or cancel your contract within the cancellation period without providing a reason. Please use the enclosed return form for the return shipment.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be issued 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
